Tim Pickering: Baseball Pitching & Hitting

Tim joined our staff of instructors in 2004. His long-term commitment to the success of the Newark Catholic High School Baseball program has made him a natural fit for our program in the development of area youth for college level players.

Mark Blasczyk: Girls Fast Pitch / Pitching

	Mark has been on staff since 1998. He has pitched throughout the U.S. in men division fast pitch. His 4 years experience as the pitching coach at Capitol University has given him an extraordinary advantage as to what to teach and how to prepare area youth for college fast pitch and the classroom. He now has students playing college fast pitch throughout the U.S. He is involved with the development of area youth programs and students coming from all corners of Ohio. He gives lessons year around, 4 days a week. Allow two to four months to get you on the schedule, depending on the time of year. (Note: there is a “*short notice”* stand-by schedule that may get you on the schedule sooner, but not on a regular schedule). Mark will be the first to tell you, “fast pitch pitching is the fast track to college”. We can’t say enough about Mark and the success he has had. His main goal is to prepare students for college fast pitch and the classroom. He has a personal goal to someday have a pitcher represent the U.S. in the Olympics. He currently has a couple students with that potential.
